Introduction. Toyo-Apollo was established in 1948 with the view of producing high quality pianos that mixes traditional craftsmanship with leading-edge technology. The result is a range of beautifully designed instruments that are extremely reliable. Toyo has always been a company that is innovative in build technology, however they are also involved in various aspects of education. They are providers of piano lessons as well as offering training for piano tuners and technicians. Primarily they are a Japanese company, based in Hamamatsu focussed on building superb pianos.

The Piano. This piano looks really good with a neat and tasteful design. It has a couple of small design details to make it intersting. The build quality of this piano is superb, made from quality materials and beautifully put together. Our piano here is similar in size to the Yamaha U1 and is an interesting and realistic alternative. This piano, built in 2006 will provide many decades of reliable service for you and feels and sounds like a new instrument. It has 88 keys, 3 pedals and a slow shut fall. The action is smooth and responsive, producing a clear tone.

This Toyo piano measures: 121cm tall, 151cm long and 62cm deep.

Purchase Options. Our Toyo piano here is for sale at £3200. This price includes a 3 year warranty, an adjustable stool, local ground floor delivery and the first tuning in its new home. It is also possible to purchase this piano by spreading payments over a period of time, all interest free.

Customers can rent this piano on a 6-month scheme which carries the option of purchase at the end of the term. There is a monthly rental fee of £130 or if you prefer, you can pay a one-off fee of £780. The balance of £2420 is to be paid 6 months later. This balance can then be paid over an agreed period.

This scheme gives you time to connect with the piano in your home. If you decide that piano playing isn’t for you, we will simply collect the piano and no additional charge will be made.

Accessories. We have a collection of accessories which we hope will enhance your piano playing experience. There are caster cups which offer protection to your floors, a carpet to protect your piano from underfloor heating, lamps, polishes and cloths.
