Introduction. Seidl & Sohn are a Czech piano builder of excellence in an area that has a rich tradition of piano building. Seidl & Sohn are very much a family business with it being handed down through at least 3 generations. Their elegant case designs and constructions came from the Czech designer, Miroslav Tauchman and built using both traditional materials and skilled crafsmanship. The soundboard is made of select Czech spruce coming with Rošslau strings from Germany.

The Piano. This piano looks really good with a neat compact design. The build quality of this piano is good and beautifully put together. It is a reliable instrument with a precise and responsive action. It also and has 88 keys, 3 pedals. The Seidl & Sohn pianos have a very typical Czech and European tone, which is pleasant sounding and warm. They are great for both beginners up to early advanced pianists.

This piano measures: 118cm tall, 148cm long and 58cm deep.

Purchase Options. The piano here is for sale at £2300. This price includes a 3 year warranty, an adjustable stool, local ground floor delivery and the first tuning in its new home. It is also possible to purchase this piano by spreading payments over 12 months all interest free.

Customers can rent this piano on a 6-month scheme which carries the option of purchase at the end of the term. There is a monthly rental fee of £90 or if you prefer, you can pay a one-off fee of £540. The balance of £1760 is to be paid 6 months later. This balance can then be paid over an agreed period.

This scheme gives you time to connect with the piano in your home. If you decide that piano playing isn’t for you, we will simply collect the piano and no additional charge will be made.

Accessories. We have a collection of accessories which we hope will enhance your piano playing experience. There are caster cups which offer protection to your floors, a carpet to protect your piano from underfloor heating, lamps, polishes and cloths.
