A1. We will delivery within 10 days.

Q2. How often should I get my piano tuned?
A2. Every 6 months is ideal. Mid-season rather than when the season is changing.

Q3. What makes a piano go out of tune?
A3. Playing and moving a piano can affect the tuning, however the changing of the seasons disrupt the tuning most of all.

Q4. How many keys does a piano have?
A4. A regular full sized keyboard has 88 keys. Some pianos have fewer keys.

Q5. How should I keep the piano clean?
A5. Using a soft duster or an e cloth are ideal.

Q6. Where should I locate my piano?
A6. Generally locate your piano where there is minimal variations in temperature, humidity and direct sunlight.

Q7. How does a piano work?
A7. When you push down a key, the mechanism inside makes a hammer go forward and strikes the strings. The strings vibrate and the sound is amplified by a large soundboard. When you release the key the damper drops back onto the string stopping the sound.
