Here at Pianolobby we keep as wide a stock of pianos as we can. There is always something for the beginner pianist right through to the seasoned professional.
As I write there is at one end a Fuchs @ Mohr and at the other a Steinberg IQ. Between these opposites there is a mixture of pianos, three types of Yamahas, three types of Barbers, Toyo, Kemble and a Kingsburg.
So, what is in the pipeline for Pianolobby?
The Lippmann 112 piano we stock has been very popular and understandably so. It is a compact instrument but packs a wonderful sound and is relatively inexpensive.
Kawai is one of my favourite brands. We had a special edition piano which has gone to a lovely home now. It can be difficult to find second hand Kawai pianos and we are lucky to have found a 1989 BS20. It is a beauty! Feels great to play and has a lovely sound.
There is a Yamaha U1 on its way. It is a 1981 model and is exactly what is expected from these fantastic pianos.
Now here’s something a bit different. Goldstar! This is a Japanese piano, well made and with a sweet sound. Looks like a bit of a bargain too…
There’s to be the addition of a silent system to Barber22 pianos. We will let you know of more information as we get it.
And for something new at Pianolobby. The Monday Post. Each Monday will be a short post on our blog. It will discuss general piano related issues and wider musical issues too. We even have guest writers who are experts in their fields contributing to the Monday Post.
Thank you for reading.
